This outline is provided to help families understand the progression of enrollment and how fees are allocated throughout the process. It is important to pay fees in a timely manner and to maintain progress toward enrollment to avoid any unnecessary fees associated with a delay. IMPORTANT: Application must be completed within 30 days of acceptance. If not, there may be additional charges applied. All fees, deposits and pertinent charges are required in advance and must be paid by cash or money order prior to moving forward in the application process. After our relationship with the family has been established all future payments may be made by personal check.
STEP 1 Read and review website and handbook
STEP 2 Fill out and submit online application
STEP 3 Pay application fee. Application fee will be refunded only if application is denied by administration. No other circumstances. If application is approved this application fee is applied toward annual registration fee.
STEP 4 Schedule interview
STEP 5 If all parties agree to move forward with application process, a non-refundable administration fee will be required.
STEP 6 Diagnostic and Assessment Testing is arranged.
STEP 7 Testing takes place and testing fees are paid.
STEP 8 Academic Plan is created, curriculum fees are paid and curriculum is ordered.
STEP 9 All final enrollment preparations are made, including start date, receipt of completed enrollment forms and first tuition payment is made.
